Responsible for assisting the Dietary Manager with planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
Minimum of two+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical facility
Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
Dietary Manager Certification preferred, but not required
